Band size conversion

Note - Polish brands usually run true to size or tight. In some brands you need to sister size up in band.

Bratabase is a very good resource for finding reviews and brand information.
Google for reviews, and don't forget many of them are in Polish. Polish word for review is "recenzja", bra is "biustonosz", and lingerie is "bielizna".
Balkonetka has a bra review section with photos and comments. You will need an account to see the photos. The site is in Polish.
Busenfreundinnen is a German bra forum. In German - there is an international subforum but the last thread is from 2016. Some of the reviews I have come across use +4.
Stanikomania is a very active Polish blog with many high quality reviews.

Fit: Offers different styles of bras sorted by NF, RV, A, H, and K cuts which are in the model number. They are all balconette bras with NF and RV being newer main cuts replacing A, H and K which won't be produced anymore.

Notes: Owners speak English and Polish. Avocado does not do seasonal runs, but instead create a new bra and sell until they run out.

Comexim

Size range:

Up to T cups, 50-100 bands. EU sizing. Uses HH cup instead of I. Some sizes on the extreme ends of size range are custom order.

Comexim's sizing doesn't quite align with UK sizing or EU sizing (for example, a 70K in Comexim will fit more like a UK 32G/GG).

So, here is a handy UK to Comexim size calculator that u/EuphoricToe1 and their partner /u/winsbe0 have made. They have also included an option for ordering from Breakout Bras who label Comexim bras differently.

Fit: Narrower wires and cups may run small in some models. The Basic plunge cut runs small in cup, so do many bras based on it.

Notes: Compared with Ewa Michalak, the wires may run narrower, have more room in the armpit (i.e. less cup into the armpit), and have narrower set straps. Customizations available, such as decreased cup height, increased or decreased gore height, converting bra to longline (20 PLN fee), having a specific model/fabric made in a different cut, moving straps inwards. When asking for alterations, use the comment box at checkout unless you want something complicated such as turning a bra into a longline or getting a certain cut made in a different fabric, in those cases it would be best to email first.

Brand websites - most brands will ship internationally if you e-mail them even if their online store doesn't ship to your location. Note by u/noys: In general a lot of Polish online stores are willing to make their customer happy and ship worldwide even though their checkout system doesn't allow it. I've done that a number of times. I haven't had luck with all of them but they all respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
Almost all regional Amazon sites - several brands that aren't super popular have an Amazon presence.
eBay - similarly to Amazon it's possible to find some less widely available brands there.
/r/braswap, Clothes for Boobs Facebook group or Bratabase listings may be a good way to get a new or lightly used bra for a lower cost. Less known brands are often sold quite cheaply.
Allego.pl sometimes has hard to find/discontinued bras. I have ordered several times and sellers have always been happy to adjust shipping cost for international shipping.
There are forwarding services if the store you want to buy from only has local shipping.
